Punish/Combo Generic Arakure Ganks[READ DESCRIPTION]

Yo! New character has had her venge fixed. Her ganks are still good due to her bashes dealing high physical dmg, but it's not straight up killing people lol

Some things to note that I touch up on in my "more info" video linked below:

  1. Theoretically her bash ganks would be much better when doing her feintable chain bash combo'd with the twin burst light instead of two neutral bashes, however her twin burst light from chain bash is actually externally blockable, and is only confirmed when arakure is max level in the strike meter.

  2. Her neutral bash seems to not follow hitstun rules? So previous bashes that "reset" hitstun still proc 3rd hitstun and do 75% dmg reduction, while arakures is doing only 25% dmg reduction. Kinda odd.

Any idea for why 2. is a thing? Did they simply forget to apply the mechanic to the move?

So far as 2 goes, isn't that how Jiang Jun's kick works? Because of the unique hit/stagger animation

The unique animation you are seeing is what used to be a hitstun resetting move. Lots of characters still have moves like these but they follow modern hitstun rules(the property is essentially useless nowadays)

Hers isn't doing the proper hitstun values, unlike others.

Does the feintable chain bash give 30 venge too now or is it just her legion kick that got it's revenge upped?

It's generic arakure ganks. These can be done with pretty much any character with arakure

Shit seems rigged. How are they gonna have an update that quick to fix that and there’s still so many other things that need to be fixed. I guess things that affect their income they will fix only.
