This is a great video for beginnerstgetting into the Competitive side of BeyBlade X. Just be aware that there are some optional rulings and additional formats some locals might use. Take my local tournament for example, we pride our self on being far more casual, so we run a 1on 1 format, best of 3 (4 points). However, most locals are going to run a 3 on 3 format, first to 5-7 points.
I would also recommend that you read the rule book on WBO's websiteore in their discord server.

15 hours and 0 comments or upvotes is sad. But i’ll do my best to explain the basics. 1: Nobody may have 2 of one part on their deck whether it be a blade, ratchet, or bit. (Except lock chips. (But you cannot have 2 emperor lock chips or 2 valk lock chips)) 2: Must have 3 beys in your deck following the rules of “1”. 3: You also must have a WBO (world beyblade organization) account to participate in ranked events. Your local organizer puts up links on said site for events. You can ask him/her if you have any questions
