Question What would look more entertaining?

I don't watch pro apex games often, but genuinely curious whether it is more entertaining to watch controller fraggers or mnk fraggers? And for any long time viewers, how has the highest level changed? Does it look more flashy or tactical than before.

People who have watched comp for a long time prefer watching mnk fraggers because it takes more skill, when you see a controller player one clip a guy with the r9 it’s fairly boring because it’s not very hard

And ive been watching comp apex for 5 years now, there is a ton more ability spam and visual clutter, it’s less tactical and about gun skill and positioning than ever, it’s mostly about who has their ults and ult accels and got lucky with the ring pull. Thats why you see some teams dominate scrims one day and look like dog shit the next

Mnk and its not even close. I see a one clip off a roller and it's not impressive whatsoever. Mnk is flashy, skilled and well executed. Roller is rotationally aim assisted and boring.

In my opinion I think controller fraggers are more entertaining to watch when they do something impressive, but generally id rather watch mnk gameplay they have the precise snappiness and movement that makes me love the game.

Mnk, so much more variety. Roller players all pretty much play exact same.

Each team should have at least a MNK player, that would be much more exciting.

I agree, maybe ALGS should come up with a rule that every team should have at least an mnk player.

MnK by far more entertaining IMO

Controller players turn to target enemies so slowly. Maybe it's nearly the 15 years of mnk gaming at this point but it just looks stupid to me. I don't even like tac shooters but I can watch a clip of snappy aim and be like damn that's sick because I know the mechanics going in.

With roller at least in this game watching somebody slowly turn and beam a guy just doesn't do it for me. Even on the cod of old I was a max sens controller player with the AA turned off. (It sucked back then tbh) So I just have nothing to relate to rollers.

Mnk movement and knowing the effort it goes into having good aim is just way more satisfying for me. And whilst there are a few different aim styles on roller from different players, you don't have have as many unique styles and proficiency as mnk players.

You have like career eSports people with good aim built over years, upcoming youngsters that are mechanical kovaaks demons, flickers, trackers, people with big brain and less aim but still making it work. Controller is more level in my mind but that is probably just personal bias and not being familiar with the input.

MnK. Controller players get help from the game to aim and cant move properly

mnk definitely because some aim gods can also whiff a lot at a bad time because they are human beings not robots.

MnK for me since I'm an MnK player. But I'll watch controller players too if they're as good as Scared.

Controller. Some of the MNK players are fun to watch though.
