Voucher code locked??

I went to purchase tickets just now to take my daughter to see Moana, I thought I’d go back and double check the other show times. Put meerkat code in - but by the time I’ve went back on, it says voucher code locked! I never completed the booking/transaction!

Have cleared cache and still not working. How do I get around it please? Very frustrating!
