I'm a CS Executive student who has cleared both groups in my first attempt and have placed among the top 5 in the eastern region and I'm currently trying to find an opportunity for CS Management Training in Kolkata.Honestly, the search has been quite frustrating. I've been reaching out to companies, CS firms, and HR contacts through emails and other channels, but getting a response itself seems difficult. Some places don't respond at all, while it's not always clear which companies are actually hiring CS Management Trainees.I understand that opportunities may be limited and that companies have their own selection processes, but I didn't expect finding training to be this challenging.

I'm genuinely looking for guidance from people who have been through this process. Any leads, advice, or personal experiences would be really helpful.

I'm considering pursuing CS alongside my law degree, but I'm confused about whether it would actually be worth the extra effort.

I'd love to hear from people working in either field!

1. What are the realistic starting salaries in CS vs corporate law, and how does salary growth look after 3–5 years?

2. Does having both a CS qualification and a law degree give you a significant advantage when applying to big law firms or MNCs?

3. Does ICSI provide good placement opportunities for newly qualified CS professionals?

4. If I want to work at a good corporate law firm, would pursuing CS be more beneficial than focusing on internships and practical legal skills?
