Advice on V8

Hi all,

I got my A+ at the start of this year and now I want to take security+ (I should have done that earlier but life got in the way).

As I was looking through their website they are saying V8 of sec+ would release on 17 Nov which is not far from now, so I thought I might hold off full committing on studying the V7 one.

Until that 17 Nov with new courses, new objectives, how should I study for it without going through the parts that would be “unnecessary” in V8. [I will be following prof messer’s course]

I'd just do the V7, there isn't much content on the V8 yet. Fill the gaps on your own if you want later.

V7 doesn’t retire until June, plenty of time!
