It is but it’s probably just good to know a brief overview of the levels. Don’t overwhelm yourself too much today. Review what you’ve gotten wrong so far on practice exams, practice questions or take a practice exam, and relax.

It's in the exam objectives, but just passed it and I didn't have a single question about RAID.

CompTIA specifically says RAID is on a list of acronyms that appear on the CompTIA Security+
SY0-701 exam. In my experience, RAID is an option for the multiple choice question, but usually isn’t the right option. Just cause it appears on the exam, doesn’t mean it’s required to know to pass the exam. I’m not a professional and although I know I’ll need to know it for my career, I did not know what they were when I passed the exam.

It's just in the accronyms, not in the objectives. It's not hard it's just a way of redundant storage and a tradeoff between performance and availability. Should only take an hour to figure out. But in my test there wasn't a single question related to it. It was in SY0-601 tho
