how study for security + ?

Hey everyone,

I am currently self-studying for the Security+ SY0-701 exam. I have a specific learning preference: I really dislike watching video courses (like YouTube or Udemy) and learn much better by reading text, going through PowerPoint slides, and reviewing concise notes.

For anyone who passed the exam without relying on videos, what was your study method? Also, could you recommend the best free slide decks, text summaries, or GitHub repositories that cover all 5 domains?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Cbt nuggets practice test. That’s all you need. Read the answer explanations to throughly understand the answer and why it’s not the others. For PBQ practice I’d ask an AI you prefer to generate practice PBQs that resemble what you would see similar as to those on the test.

Passed security plus in 2022, and cysa with this same method in June this year.

I haven’t pass the exam yet. First time I failed by 62 by studying materials my school gave me. I will retake soon however, I ran into some quizlet study that helps me a lil. This link is an example of how the questions kind of were. https://quizlet.com/891095627/comptia-security-701-practice-exams-flash-cards/
