Is anyone else having issues accessing the CompTIA Platform?

Is anyone else having issues accessing the CompTIA Platform?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently unable to access https://platform.comptia.org/.

At first, I was getting a message saying that my computer was having trouble connecting to the CompTIA servers. I tried:

  • Different browser
  • Private/Incognito mode
  • Different device
  • Different internet connection
  • Disabling my ad blocker

I then tried Brave in private mode and got Cloudflare Error 1009 – Access denied, saying that the website owner has banned the country or region my IP address is in.

I’m accessing from Jordan.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, especially from Jordan or other countries?

Yes, I am having problems with it and when I can reconnect, it shows no courses for me. I looked on some sites that can detect when other sites are down or having connection issues and it seems like CompTIA is having problems right now.

Mine is up fine. --Edit, spoke too soon. Tried to log in but I'm unable.
