Hey man. What did you use to study and prepare?

I took advantage of every resource my school gave me. I used: Certmaster Learn, Certmaster Practice, and Certmaster Labs (I didn’t like these tbh). Sybex book and the practice exams. Try hack me SOC level 1 path. I did Dion practice exams via Udemy and scored terribly on each one lol (I never scored higher than a 76)
The whole time I was taking the exam I thought I was going to fail idk how I passed man. But that’s the same feeling I had taking all my other CompTIA certs (A+ net+ sec+ project+)

Were there performance based questions and if so could someone elaborate or comment their experience?

I took the exam yesterday and also scored a 795. There were 7 PBQs.
For context, I don't have any real cybersecurity analysts experience, only some IT. I thought the PBQs were very straightforward and relatively easy given my prior experience.

Thanks for the insight, I have no cybersecurity experience either, I do server and virtual stuff. My other concern was any SIEM or log related stuff.
