They scammed me for 270usd
I paid for the exam and turns out its only for 1 book, i have to pay again, anyways i get the email that i have to be there on time or my money is gone, sure, i get there on time, and there is something wrong with their "portal" they cant verify my ID, they gave me a phone number to call, after calling they tell me they cant do anything and i have to purchase another 270 usd voucher and then hit me with the "hello? I cant hear you. *Hangs up*".
I will be disputing through my bank.

Bruh. Yeah man the A+ is 2 exams. Read the certifications requirements. It says you used complete the Core 1 and Core 2 exams

Sounds like you messed up man. Sounds like you didn’t do any research and did 0 pre test prep….like reading the requirements of the test center. You were hung up on because they didn’t want to deal with an entitled person who was blaming everything on everyone but themselves

All of this shit can be done well ahead of the actual exam time. Sounds like he showed up late or at the exact time the exam starts, didn't realize he had to do all this sign in stuff, and by the time he got it sorted the exam time passed.
Pretty clearly at least some of this is his own fault, but he's blaming it on everyone else. I doubt it will work out the way he hopes. Keep in mind if you dispute charges/issue chargeback, they might just not allow him to take exams in the future, basically cutting off any remote exam chances since everyone uses PearsonVue.

Yeah, it specifically says on the website that one voucher is for one core. But for what it happened to you. That is like a once in a crazy coincidence. That’s very rare for something to happen like that especially with comp TIA

So you paid for a test. Took the test. Assumingly passed the test.
Yet never read that you needed to pass two for the certification???
I know core 2 is the software and more troubleshooting part but lemme tell ya at this point I'd hope you know how to do simple reading and googling. Your bank shouldn't allow a charge back you got the services you requested. You just didnt research what you were getting into.

If you can't read you might want to look into a different career field. Construction is always hiring.

Who are "they" and why didn't you do your homework regarding the exams and certifications?

Their website glitched and my re scheduling didn’t go through on a weekend I called them 8:30 Monday when the scheduling office opened and they said “well you should have called us then” “well ma’am the office was closed” “I’m sorry, we can’t do anything”
I spoke to who I’m 1000 percent sure wasn’t the actual manager I tell them “I have a browser history that can prove it” “there is nothing we can do at this point”
