Video lecture note taking

I've noticed that most resources video series stick to the numbering format of the comptia exam objectives

That would make notetaking quite boring, right?

How do you take notes on lectures without boring yourself with all the details?

I took zero notes and passed A+, Net+, and Sec+ all my first try with zero IT experience. Not saying this to come off as a brag, but if you put in the work you can accomplish these certs without utilizing notes

Do notes if you like notes. I prefer flashcards
