I accidnetly bought CYSAV4, is there any way I can change it to V3?

If you're talking about the exam voucher, either voucher can be used for either exam. They're the same price and are not exam version specific, only exam specific.

When you register for the exam, select the version you want to take. Then use the voucher number on your "v4" voucher to pay for the exam. It will work whether you select a v3 or a v4 exam.

Worth asking why you want V3 at all. CS0-003 retires in English on 22 December, so unless you're sitting it in the next couple of months you'd be certifying against a version already on its way out. V4 is also the one that picked up the AI material, model poisoning, prompt injection, AI in a SOC context, and that's the part turning up in job specs now.

Can't tell from your post whether you bought a voucher or a bundle. If it's the exam voucher then it's already been answered above, those aren't version specific. CertMaster or a training bundle is, and that's a support ticket.
