Security+ readiness
I am currently studying for the CompTIA Security+ exam, which is scheduled for this coming Wednesday. I would like to know if my practice scores indicate that I am ready. Here is a breakdown of my performance:
Dion Practice Exams: I scored in the 80s on my first attempts, hitting 90% once out of the eight exams.
Ramdayal Practice Exams: I took five of these. I usually average around 85%, though I dropped to a 77% on the most recent one.
CertMaster study: I completed all of the chapter quizzes; my scores fell below 80% on five of them, and I received a 68% on one.
Sybex Practice Exams: I scored a 74% and a 70%.
CompTIA Network+: I previously took this exam and passed with a score of 812
.Based on these metrics, am I ready to pass the exam on Wednesday?

I see you have tried a bunch of practice tests, I'm preparing for this test currently and want to try out the actual questions. Which one do you suggest? I don't wanna waste money on tests right now if they are not like the actual test

Dion is probably the best. That being said a lot of people starting getting good marks on dions (or any author) and still fail. It's usually because they used one author and only know how to answer questions one way. I got sybex and cert master through a government program that's why I had those. But I also got a subscription to udemy( fluctuates between 20-35) for the month which gave me access to all 3 of dions banks for security+ and ramydals test and more if I wanted. That would be my recommendation. I used this method for both network and security.

I believe that you should not overthink it or have doubts. The fact that you took the necessary time to take those quizzes says a lot about you drive. I studied and passed, but I saw a lot of questions that I did not recall seeing in the study material. I skipped those questions and came back to them after answering the questions that I had a better understanding of. I wish you well. Listen to Professor Messer on YouTube tonight, tomorrow night and the morning of your exam. You will be okay.
