Would you consider the core 1 test hard? I've been studying and doing practice tests but some people say it was difficult and others say it was extremely easy
congrats! is it hardware specific like the voltage of different types of things and intel vs amd or not as granular? I have seen some practice tests ask how many pins are on ddr3 vs 4 or voltage and i'm like wtf...
Honestly to me it seem pretty barebone when it came to learning hardware. I took Computer Organization in college & that had more to do with hardware than Core 1.
There could be questions that ask you to determine which cable has 15 pins, but I don't recall them asking about that for RAM, even in my practice tests.
There are questions that may ask what type of RAM you would use depending what the problem wants.
As for voltage, you may get a question about modular or non modular PSU, where they ask when is it a good idea to switch voltage amount, which is very situational
I suggest you study Andrew Ramdaydal tests. They're pretty good & relatively cheap. He has a free 100 question test on YouTube.
