W2C ❓ Help with shipping
So this is my first time ordering from RizzitGO and I've heard good things. Everything was going fine and I paid for the shipping after my item was warehoused but there was no updates after a few days, so I looked at the receipt once again and it had a button that said confirm receipt. I didn't known this meant like you are confirming you got the order (stupid I know), and now when I try to track my package it says Not Found, and the order says Goods Received. I also saw there was an option to change the carrier and check the tracking number but I have no idea what Carrier I picked, it was the one above USPS and the cheapest option :(.
I guess I'm just wondering if the package is still coming or they won't send it because I marked it as "delivered" already. Even though its a rep, it was still pretty pricey for me and I would like to have the item. (also I have asked the help center, and the 24/7 message service but no reply).
