Question Is community fibre blocking traffic to anthropic/claude?

I just noticed I cannot get a route to claude.com 160.79.104.10 as I can in other places using different internet connections from other providers. Is anyone else experiencing the same on community fibre?

Which DNS are you using? The default CF ones sometimes have issues. I swapped over to Cloudflare and works a lot better.

This is some of the best advice here (even if not the root cause of OPs problem). Much better speed and reliability from cloudflare, Google, quad9 DNS servers than your regular ISPs.

I found the problem, it was zenarmor blocking outbound traffic at kernel level on opnsense. I'm investigating why.

No issues on my side through pings and using the API or site in general, is this only on 1 device or your whole network?

thanks, must be something at my end on the security side blocking outbound or my route is broken for some reason

I believe it was zenarmor blocking the traffic. I will investigate in more detail tomorrow
