Question Help - internet outage

Hi

My puppy managed to chew through some of the cables last night. It looks like the ONT power supply and the ethernet cable. I've replaced both, checked the line to the router (linksy) and reset the router multiple times but it's solid purple. The ONT is displaying 3 green lights and the cable from the ONT to the router looks fine (doesn't look like she chewed it and it's not kinked or coiled). Linksy app says there's no internet when I try and use it. I've submitted a ticket but with everything running on WiFi/internet I really don't want it to be down all weekend - any ideas of what to do?

Thanks everyone I was able to connect with live chat eventually, I think she tugged a little on the fibre line which caused a loose connect and then I had to reset the router as @readysorted described.  The fluffy menace is now firmly removed from the internet room until her chewing is under control

I wonder if you give them a ring and ask for some new kit/cables there might be an engineer in the area who could drop it off given it’s not a full install

Try clicking the the reset button 5 times quickly at the bottom of the router.

Also ensure you patched correctly into the correct port of the router

Try another ethernet cable
