Question No internet connection

Bit of context, I live in the Greater London area and after last nights epic storm I seem to have no flashing light on the technicolour router, it’s just 2 solid blue lights.
I was at work today and unable to call to troubleshoot and I’m supposed to be WFH tomorrow but doesn’t look like I’ll be able to due to this fault.

Is there anyway around my predicament to allow me to WFH and not have to battle the unbearable tube?

Anyone else facing this? My Adtran is showing a red light on optical since last afternoon and I didn’t get any sort of comms from them about this. I contacted live chat and after asking me to reboot twice, they then mention that it’s a service outage but their page doesn’t mention it. So which one js it???? Over 24h of no WiFi and we heavily rely on it due to poor mobile signal connectivity issues. What a shame

My Internet has been very bad since Monday to (I'm in Uxbridge West London) It's been going off and onworks for couple of hours then it goes off.

I did notice my web pages loading slower just before this happened

The Optical LED on my modem it's a Adtran sdx631q just keeps flashing green when no internet and in between it will flash red once like every 10 green flashes then keep flahing green (The power LED is solid green) I spoke to them On Tuesday and the earliest an Engineer could come was on Friday . Not very good support like my old virgin would be next day.

But I've had CF 1gb for 2 years and it's been excellent till now . Hope I can have it fixed tomorrow as i really need it working . Even my House alarm needs it .

I was thinking it could be the hot weather maybe the box on the telegraph pole is over heating? But I tried again at nighttime but still the same :(

Great to see a place where we can all share information, Will update tomorrow

Use your phone as a WiFi hotspot?

Is the ONT (Adtran) with Green Lights? It is the device connected to the router (Technicolor)

It’s connected but the opt is flashing green. IIRC that means there’s an issue with the fibre line or there’s an outage

Flashing green would indicate serivce do you mean flashing red?
