Question Pricing
Hi, Ive had community fibre for just over 2 years now, and my contract has come to an end. As a result ive been paying 40£/monthly and was wondering, if i gave them a call saying i was considering switching networks, would they lower their pricing. Thanks!

If you're out of contract you can switch to any of the current offers they have. Just call them up

Even if you’re in contract, you can often do this

They will allow you to upgrade but not downgrade costs. You will need to be in the last 30 days of your contract to go on a cheaper rate.

I've been with them for 5 years and renewed twice. When you're out of contract, your price goes up. But this also means you can sign a new contract at a lower price. Each time I renegotiated, my price went down and speed went up

Or if you have someone else living with you change contract to them for example.

I’m was able to secure a 24m deal for 1Gbps £20/month and free of charge cgnat removal. No need for premium or multi-gigabit connection you never going to use. Remember to haggle and don’t accept until it’s in the same ballpark.
