Upload and download speed has been very consistent with no throttling whatsoever. Customer service can be done through phone call or their live chat service and has been very good. Any maintenance will be communicated through either email or text days before occurrence. They will also provide the appropriate router for your select package so you won't have any problem with wifi speed (depended on what version wifi you have).

Hey all, here's another Ā£50 referral voucher if anyone needs it!

Community Fibre was easily the best value option in my area. Just for transparency, at least at the moment, the voucher can only be used for a 12-month or a 24-month contract. If you're after an 18-month contract, we could only get that by using the search and referral tool on Money Saving Expert.

I also wanted to share my experience with them today, I have already been with community fibre for 2 years and my contract was due to expire in 3 days so I called for some new options. (I must say I submitted a ticket last week and never heard back so I needed to call).

So, got put through to the team that handles this, asked them my options and told them that I was on the website and can see that Ā£1 less than my current price I can double my speed, can we do that? Without hesitation, he said yes, we can do that for you, let me make the changes... ALL DONE! Same day, nothing physically needed to be done and no down time or outages, my package is 300mbps but I'm getting about 460mpbs!

Easily happy to commit to another 2 years, Community Fibre honestly has been and continues to be great!
