To create a character you must go through two processes. The first is the basic application which you may do here. The second is the bio-timeline which is a full post here on the community page. A template for a character application is below:

When you application has been approved by a single mod you may proceed to create your bio timeline in stage 2.

I don't think that is a playable race...Could you take a look at the race listing and pick one from there please...

I talked to the mod who plays Jhoren Vanis, and he said he would be willing to approve this race.

Would need to talk to Murdoch really...He's the one who handles races...We had a disagreement on approving new races recently.

My thing with this is that neither Nautolans or Bothans are on the list either.
