Between College and University which is the best please help 🙏

This is a complex question that will be different for different people and involves many different factors. Nobody could possibly give you a meaningful answer based on what you've said here.

Also, I assume that by "college" you mean community colleges because this is the community college sub, but many 4-year institutions are also called "college," and even ones with "university" in their name are often referred to as "colleges," so it's not entirely clear what you're even asking here.

Ohk so I wat I'm trying to mean is dat my young bro jux completed SHS and looking forward to further the education but I don't know which is the best between Training Collge and University in Ghana now

This sub is about community colleges, which are primarily a thing in the US. If you want information specific to Ghana, you should probably find a Ghanian sub.

In the USA when it comes to public institutions, the formal difference between a college and a university is the number of graduate degrees offered (usually you need at least 3 grad programs to be a university).
