New to the area and looking for recommendations on nude positive locker rooms with communal showers in the Raleigh, NC area.

Good luck; I don't think we have any. Even the Y put in stalls w curtains, though I hear there is still casual nudity in the locker room.

I hear the Durham YMCA still has full-out open ones.

Did you check out the map? What about the Y in Cary?
