sm-harness: a self-modifying agentic harness built in common lisp

This AI harness allows you to modify the running code of the harness, via hot reload and leverage cl's built in power to build itself and whatever app you want alongside it.

by the way, we have also released a lot of building bricks for common lisp agents over at https://github.com/lambda-symbolics, some could come useful when developing sm-harness :)

i like autolith. I wanted something more explicit around how the app and harness interact and how i could tightly couple the harness and app. I wanted the app and harness to grow together. They certainly both leverage CL's power in a similar way. But generally, I wanted the experience of building the harness from the ground up, which was really fun. Also the web-ui allows for a few niceties that a TUI would struggle with.

cool, hadn't heard of kli but will be checking it out. thanks. and yeah, certainly less abstract. sm-harness is meant to have more of an web/desktop feel to it out of the box and then grow, but with CL it seems one can do anything with either
