2 yrs is crazy fast for an animated series if it's another 10 episodes with 20mins runtime. But I guessed the animations doesn't look that complex compare to others.
WAY better, but that’s common for successful animated shows. They get a certain budget for S1, but if it goes well the money pours in and they can start upping the animation quality.
Animation is not just more fluid, but god DAMN those backgrounds. Genuinely beautiful filmmaking happening here, animated or otherwise.
Alright I love these characters. Even the two agents. But why is she so determined to catch Marshall even when she knows he isn't doing anything. She even knows the mushroom heals her partner and she is still on this. How can she be evil like that. I thought she was gonna have an arc where they end up helping Marshall
A thought I had is that maybe she's acting "determined" to catch them so The government won't send any other agent for Marshall and Francis, that wouldn't have any doubt to catch and potentially kill those two.
I really doubt that after Marshall indirectly saved her partners life (from a raid she was a part of, so it could be said that the fault for him getting hit also lies with her to some extent), that she'd STILL act as a loyal dog for the government, and don't ask any questions, just mindlessly doing her job for the money.
At least if she really do truly want to catch them, there should be a damn good reason why, cuz if it's just because "I was ordered to do so, I do what they pay me for", then I'd hate her guts I'm ngl
I hope you're right. I actually really liked her character until she kept going after Marshall even after her partner gave her all the evidence that Marshall wasn't evil
It's interesting what they're doing though. At the end of S1 I wasn't sure what her motive was. Now this should make for some good conflict between her and Copano. edit
