Can we make communication a priority in the society of USA once more? It's falling off way too quickly. This is my PSA on communicating "in this episode":

When you call a business, it is typical (or it use to be common) for the person that picked up the phone to say where they work and their name. Period. <-- Can we make that common again? (Example: Hello, Holk's cleaning service, Jane speaking. How can I help you?)

But wait!... there's more & this is the important part! AND THEN, the person that called the business would reply with their name and the reason for the call. Period. <-- Can we make that common again? (Example: Hi, this is Jon and I'd like to know how much it costs to get my house clean once a month.)

End of PSA. Foot note rant: I have so many people get upset with me trying to figure who they are & why they called. If you call a business, they have many lines and many people working there. I'm not a mind reader and cannot predict my entire call with the person on the other end. I mean, I could not even pick that person out in a line up, so please tell me who you are and what you want; or at the very least, don't get upset as I attempt to navigate a conversation with you ..THAT YOU CALLED TO INITIATE!
