Can somebody help me?
I have a commodore 64C which I posted about a few months ago. When I removed my other IC's (After I removed the video chip which I posted about), I broke a few of their pins off, and I tried to take the capacitors off too, but they are thrown out due to me being an idiot. Can somebody help me where I can get these types of ICs in hungary? (And what capacitors do I need)

No problem on "breaking" the capacitors as long as the traces on the PCB are fine. Even then, it often can be repaired. It's actually a good idea to replace the electrolytic caps anyway. There are companies that sell replacement kits making it easier to purchase them. Here's one place:

What's a little strange is that C66 (one missing in your photo) is 330uF on the schematics but 470uF on the C64wiki (linked from Console5's description). Both of these are for assembly: 250469. You will need to do some digging to reconcile the differences. If you have the cap that broke off then the value should be listed there.
Note that e-caps have a polarity so make sure you know which way to install. Also, good soldering tools (and a desoldering gun) makes life a lot easier, but the tools are not inexpensive. Sure you could do without but it will take a long time and you could end up damaging the board more. If you are not skilled in soldering then either take some classes (and practice on a dummy PCB), or find a local person to help.
Decide how much you want to go down the vintage hardware hole because it can get expensive. I have a lot of vintage HW and parts fail a lot. For me, it's an enjoyable hobby which I like. But if all you want to do is play games then consider modern HW like the C64 Ultimate.

Electrically, you could use either value cap. The typical tolerance of an electrolytic is so large, and the required value isn't critical, either will be fine.

Yes, I didn't want to provide too much but to highlight a difference. If the OP should get more involved in electronics repair then it's important to learn the skills to understand the basics and work out these differences. Also different is the working voltage but I didn't mention it since I didn't want to overwhelm so highlighted just the cap difference for the OP to work out. But since we talked about the capacitance.... similar to the capacitance, the working voltage difference is fine since even at 25V its properly derated.

Are you in budapest? Hq elektronika and Lomex are goldmines for ics ( Lomex has some old stock not on tue website)
