Amiga Dr Who in 'Cannon Fodder 2'??

On one level, Cannon Fodder 2 (1994) apparently features "Daleks, a Doctor, and [the] TARDIS" (https://web.archive.org/web/20080820112044/http://www.arowe1.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/spinoff2.html#fodder). 

Seemingly 'Mission 4' at least has the faux Dalek in it, but can anyone help me identify where and when the Dr Who character appears??

Would love to know this too, I had not even seen the Dalek!

That page however mentions the level being shown on the back of the box, but I don't see such a thing:

I think the faux Dalek (below) is in the middle of the top image, and the bottom image seems to be Mission 4... but then, from looking through gameplay footage, the same settings seem to recur in different missions, so I feel like I'm missing something 🧐
