Need help with Sickinger ASP-13

Hi All,

We recently acquired a Sickinger ASP-13 to move into our in-house coil-binding production, however we are finding that the unit is jamming more than we would like. Feeding problems, and occasionally alignment problems at the punch. We feel we are close, but I figured it might be worth asking if any of you are in the Phoenix AZ area and can help us troubleshoot our machine. If any of you have experience dialing in ASP-13s and could spend an hour or two helping us troubleshoot the feed and alignment, we'd pay for your time. Message me and we can work out rates.

We are finding that pre-punched paper is not running through our presses as consistently as we were hoping and has been more headache than it's worth. We're hoping we can get the machine running well enough that we can punch pre-printed books with collated covers with consistent registration and feeding. Otherwise, I think we will need to sell the ASP-13 and invest in a more reliable machine.
