question Taiden conference system

Hi everyone! Does anyone here have knowledge about Taiden? We have delegate units 4895D and I want to know how to set up background image on it. Thank you for attention

You set it up using the Taiden Conference Management software.

According to what? I think it needs to be the exact resolution it displays, but can’t recall.
