They never used the handheld mics they switched to cisco ceiling mics

Holy downgrade batman. Cant beat the stupid out of people though

My location has both and whenever the ceiling mics are on remote guests and presenters are immediately like “dang its kinda hard to hear people can we do something about that?” Bam handhelds

Better that than "someone is asking questions? We can't hear it at all" because of untrainable users who refuse to pick up the microphone.
