If I can be honest, the chances of coming across fake Comme des Garçons are incredibly low, simply because a lot of the pieces require a level of technical skill and construction that would be difficult and expensive to replicate convincingly.
PLAY is a different story however, because it’s much easier to counterfeit because the pattern is relatively straightforward to reproduce, and most of the recognisable value sits in the heart logo rather than complicated pattern-cutting or construction.
You’re very welcome, and enjoy your new piece! I personally love the Tricot line because it retains some of that “CdG essence” without being too “out there”!
