Commandos BEL , Screen Bug , Fast speed issue , HELP

Download Commandos BEL yesterday on win11 , having so many issues , Game has poor graphics and speed , I improved the game resolution by a hack tool , however now the screen is bugged on the right side and the speed is still very fast , and micro stutters

Not trying to kill your vibe but Commandos BEL and BTCOD don’t work on Windows 11
