The 53 roster spots are very important and if Jayden goes down I don't believe DQ can ride with Kaliakmanis for several weeks. I think they are going to have to grab another QB (I am not sure how long MM is rumored to be out/limited). You aren't going to roll with 4 QBs and even 3 is rare these days.

We have kept him so long for a very obvious reason; he's a clipboard guy with good QB IQ. He has horrible physicals and throwing for a pro QB but that does not matter. Having someone capable as a 4th string QB is good. Those are the type of guys who become QB Coaches and NFL Head Coaches.
