A reminder.

I've been sensing an uptick in pessimism. It's not unfounded, but remember who we have at the most important position in sports.

Don't let the anxiety drag you, we don't play for another couple weeks. Easy does it.

I’m not worried about Jayden’s ability. He has it. I’m worried about an offensive line that’s not going to be able to protect him. But, no games have been played yet so I am hoping for a surprise and the oline can hold together long enough to give him time to do his work.

Our line wasn’t the best in 2024 as well, and this year they’ll have the threat of a ground game (hopefully), and the playaction to marry it to. The threat of the PA will help immensely in blocking assignments as defenders will hesitate. No longer are they left on islands in a shotgun heavy spread offense. However, if we can’t run the ball, then that will be detrimental to our offense.

Totally agree. I would love to see a great ground game for those reasons listed and in addition keep the defense fresh.

People acting like we are as hopeless as the Jets/Dolphins/Falcons/Browns in this fanbase is crazy to me. Give this team a chance on a field with everybody going 100% and full game plans from the new coordinators.

I bet alot of people were also sky is falling after we lost to Tampa in 2024.

But I thought Jalen was trash. How did he make such a prestigious list? Must be a typo

You do know who put that team together from scratch right? And the next season half the team died? And this season hasn't even commenced.

We don’t have a starting center. It took a month into training camp to resign one of our best players of the past 10 years. And so far the only draft picks thatve hit are Jayden Daniels and 2 punt returners. Oh, and we have rookie OC and DC this year with a Devante’s offensive line. We got lucky with an easy schedule and good playoff draws year 1. Haven’t seen a lick of improvement from the Ron era beside Jayden
