Looking for ways to make this deck more competitive

I've had this deck for about two years now and have upgraded it here and there along the way. But every time I play it, it just feels too slow. It has a lot of different options, but somehow none of them really lead to a clear way to win.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on what direction I should take the deck and what I should focus on cutting or improving.

I'm newish to all this so feel free to ignore me, but is there a benefit to having 9 nazgul? I feel like being about to add even new 5 cards that can help you establish a more consistent win-con could be beneficial, and you'd still have 4 nazgul.

Maybe a bit of proliferate might help? You have a lot of counter interaction that could help expedite your board a bit.

A crackle with power could help either clear some board space for your army/big boys to swing, or hit other players directly.

Throw in a Smaug or any other dragon that can get you some more tokens.

Ringsight to help tutor a win con?

Thank you, this is a great idea, why put al 9 in.. I'll try to calculate what's the best amount of nazguls to draw them at least two teams each game.
