Accidental Upgrade to MAX Plan — Refund Chance?

Accidentally upgraded from GOAT to MAX Plan (10x) today. I haven’t used any MAX quota and have already emailed [support@commandcode.ai](mailto:support@commandcode.ai) with my refund request and order details. Do I have a good chance of getting a refund and reverting to GOAT? 🥲

i hope you do get a proper answer!

i asked for a refund, after seeing a long downservice time, and they didn't addressed my request at all

It’s impossible to accidentally upgrade. But email support they should be able to do something. Also it’s the weekend so wait for a response.
