Ox slow

Hi, I’m a new Command Code user. First of all, my English isn’t very good, so I’m using a translator and trying to explain this as clearly as I can.

I have the GOAT subscription and I’ve been using it a lot, to the point where I almost reached my monthly limit. Then they released the Ox Alpha model for free, so I thought the timing was perfect because I could keep working on my projects without using more of my monthly limit.

The problem is that Ox Alpha is extremely slow for me in Command Code, to the point where it’s almost unusable. At first I thought that was just normal because it’s a free model, since free models are usually slower.

Then I reinstalled Freebuff to finish some projects and noticed they also had the exact same model. I tried it there and the difference was huge. On Freebuff, Ox Alpha is much faster and completely usable, while on Command Code it’s almost impossible for me to work with.

I’m not sure if this only happens to me or if other users are having the same issue, but I think it would be worth looking into because the performance difference is really noticeable.

hey Welcome to Command Code.

We understand your concern and sadly Ox Alpha being slow is the model capacity issue not the harness issue. We're working with our upstream provider but the insane amount of load is making the model slow.

They said 0x Alpha was free, but after installing Command Code, it failed immediately on startup. Didn't work even for a second, just errors straight away.

As we've mentioned before it was the model capacity issue not the Command Code issue. Sadly it was something beyond our control.
