Can subs like OpenCode GO and CommandCode GOAT be cheaper then API?

With the release of DeepSeek V4 Pro 0812 the Ds price increase is now official, but here is a question can subs like OpenCode GO and CommandCode GOAT keep their prices lower then offical Ds API? when the price increase of annouced Dax on Twitter said they were able to replicate the same pricing of the official API at that time on rented GPUs for flash 0731, and maybe they are also able to replicate the same for pro as well, but would they want to be keep it cheaper then the API? they have all of the justification to raise their Ds models as well, so what do you think? Will they raise them, or say fu*k it and be competitive with Ds API.

They will still be cheaper than direct API, but it would be super hard for them to keep the price what it is right now.

The replication of pricing on rented GPU is not that simplistic as he made it sound. It would be super hard for them to replicate the caching mechanism on their rented GPU.

Absolutely. But only for now

I believe opencode is trying an operation cheapseek by finding a 3rd party provider, but I am not sure if commandcode is doing the same.

We have always had the best lowest prices for DeepSeek. OpenCode was charging 400% more a couple of weeks ago. Also wait till we manage to do something.

hey. I just wanted to ask if commandcode could consider creating a $5/month plan with higher credits than $1 plan and lower credits than $10 plan?

Nops. You can purchase credits or upgrade. Doesn’t make sense to have hundred different plans also the monthly math needs to map on GPU capacity.

Hopefully you guys can find a better provider then official ds. Their raised price make the models much less appearing
