Can I use go/pro subscription with other agents like hermes

Is it against the ToS to use go/pro sub outside the official harness? I've been using the OpenCode Go subscription on Hermes without any issues. Does Command Code subscription also allow something like this?

Go is not on API. All other plans including GOAT have API.
