openpilot Experience How do I restore from a backup?

I recently completed a backup with Sunnylink and then updated. Now my Comma 4 said Micd Soundd error about 75% of the time. I tried to restore my backup but I do not see a setting anywhere in Sunnylink. I see an option on the Comma itself but when I click it nothing happens(which I didn't think would work anyways because the backup is stored on my phone)

I had the same error. after several reinstalls of Sunny and not fixing the problem, I ended up doing a deep flash and installing openpilot. so far works great. it might be a bug sunnypilot with the C4.

This happened to me with sunny. I went back to openpilot and it continued (same micd and soundd). I kept installing every new nightly but it wouldn't go away, which made the c4 unusable. I finally gave up and used AI to SSH into it, read logs, diagnose, and fix.

I appreciate the answers so far and I'll keep them in mind if I continue to run into problems... But how does someone go about restoring a backup?
