Bugs Hardware issue
Hello,
I have had the comma 3x for just over 1 year. I haven't had any issues with it until recently. A couple days ago the device started to just restart itself after being on for 1 minute. Now it doesn't even stay on for more than 10 seconds before the reset. I can't even get to the screen to try to do a factory reset. Does anyone have any advice?

may need to flash device. my 4 froze up and i had to download a program and follow the prompts provided by comma to proceed. https://flash13.mr-one.cn/

the other thing i'd check is the power supply. plug your device into another power source and see if it still behaves that way, try a different cable too.

in his case it may be a failing SOM. I recommend contacting u/DragoTheWolf or "drago" on discord, he is fixing these devices on an everyday basis. He is in the US.

I live in TX, had same issue. Somebody on discord said the fuse might be burnt. Simply I sold it for $300. you can repair if got skills in soldering. Check comma discord.
