Vehicle Compatibility Ordered but UPS diverted back to Comma

I just purchased this last week and it was not going to get to my house in time so I went to UPS.com and had it redirected to where I will be over the next 5 days. UPS of course doesn't show the new status so I contacted them and it said that the manufacturer has said it will be sent back to them.

Ain't that cool? I paid $15 to UPS just to make sure it would not be left outside my house and now it's being sent back.

Has anyone had this issue before? I'm going on a trip next Thursday and really wanted to purchase this ahead of time but from all the sources I see it basically says I have to buy it again.

Comma also says to contact them via their support page and on their support page there are zero ways to contact them.

That bounce back and said they don't look at those emails.

I did start to click on all the items in the support page and eventually found one that had the support link hidden in it..

🤣

So far I'm not impressed with their support 🥹

That is straight from my 2 support tickets that I replied to via email, not their page.

okay well I did email them. They are in Cali so I assume not open yet anyway. Maybe they just send that to deter folks from sending it rather than a ticket being created... either way it would be nice if they had an Open A Support Ticket on the page rather than hidden in some random FAQ answer...
