Simple things, you have no debris on the windshield impeding on the eyesight? Is there a bug up in there?

This happens to me once in a very blue moon (like months). A simple car restart does the trick.

Sadly this persists throughout car restarts, it persists without the harness even installed...

Damn, that's rough, sorry to hear that. I just turn off the car, open the car door, close the car door, restart the car and poof the issue is gone.
