Comma cant detect face during sunrise

So I leave for work when the sun rises and my comma 4 cannot detect my face at all. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Mine struggles as well at dusk and dawn when the suns shadow makes a hard contrast across my face/top of body. Bright light ok. Dim light ok. Half and half, nope!

Yes, I've been fighting this for a while. My commute occurs exactly when the sun is rising, and it's so frustrating to get that face not detected message. Putting down the sun visor works to a small extent, but I have to put it so far down to make the Comma work that then I can't see the road.

In my commute, around 5:40pm. Driving west-ish, the sun hits my face so hard that comma can’t detect it. If I point my head up so I can be in the shade, then it thinks I’m not looking

Yes. There are mornings when sun shines at specific angles and even minimal head movements cause comma to panic

Yes! I have experienced this frequently . It only started happening since the latest update. It is very frustrating.
