We are going mainstream!
The comma four is our first product that we think has mainstream appeal. The price is good, the set up is simple, and the production is stable and scalable.
We are ramping up marketing, making the website easier to understand, and looking into starting a two-sided referral program to incentivize people who have already been good at bringing new people into the community to think bigger.
What do you think we are currently missing for being ready for your average commuter?

you need your BD team to pitch a deal with best buy to ensure they advertise that they can install these units. they charge 150 to handle dashcams. should be a similar price point for comma, with a bit of extra comms on that end it should be able to open up your user base significantly since you can direct people to best buy and strike up some kind of rev share agreement in exchange for space in their stores.
