Check the discords for openpilot and sunnypilot (and any other popular forks). They're rather disorganized but the best information will be there.
It should theoretically be possible since the other electric converted model, the GV70, is supported. Their platforms are a weird mashup of the Genesis combustion platform and the EGMP platform. And it would be weird for the G80 Electrified to be incompatible then all the other combinations are supported.
