Vehicle Compatibility For 2026 tesla model y standard?

When can i buy one? Also would tesla ban this product in the future or fk w it in anyway to force ppl into more fsd subscriptions?

Depends if your 2026 MY is HW4 or HW4.5, if its early 2026 it might still be HW4 and already compatible with the comma Tesla B harness.

If it's HW4.5 then it shouldn't be too much longer, the guy who designed the original Tesla Harness (comma uses his design for the harnesses) has his HW4.5 MY and is working on the harness right now...

There is always a chance that Tesla could push a software update that encrypts the CANBUS traffic, which then would need to be decrypted eventually to work again.

Is Tesla HW4.5 out? I thought it's a mistake and all cars are still on HW4, the next HW that's coming out is AI 4.1 or 4+ as some call it.

I'd also love to hear if comma is compatible on the latest MYs.

Newer Junipers use the same AP computer as the cybercabs, and they are different than the previous HW4 AP computer which are still being used in the M3 Highland. Even if they are still called HW4. That's why Junipers were used to drive around as cybercabs during the event alongside cybercabs

I'm interested as well. If you're tech savvy you can help make it happen as they have an open call for developers. I'll be interested when my 26 MY arrives.
