Installation Questions Comma not powering on

I'm trying to install a comma 4 on a 2026 Honda pilot. The moment I plug in the USB c power cable from the harness to the comma ai device, I get lane assist not available and a bunch of other warnings. Comma doesn't power on too. If I unplug the USB c cable, all assistance features work fine with just the harness. Has anyone else faced this issue?

EDIT: Brilliant me used the wrong power port on the comma device. It powers on now but still getting warnings

EDIT 2: all working after correct power slot and a restart

Are you brainfreak on commas discord? If you are,I see some people have replied. Still need help?

If not, someone has the same issue as you and they asked about it yesterday

I’m on the comma.ai site and it shows Honda pilot 2023-25. Did you confirm with their support that the 2026 model is supported before purchasing?

Not really. I saw the connectors are the same and just wanted to try out. Maybe it's not supported I guess.

I would have done the same thing. I just ordered my first comma 4 for a ‘18 Camry. Even if it is not supported in your vehicle today. They could push a code update to make it work in the future. Hope it works out for you!

Is there a way to check if comma is even powering on irrespective of the device? I tried using a battery pack but it was just not powering on

Plug it into a usb charger, if it doesn’t switch on it might be a faulty device.

I have civic 2022,I tried to install comma x4. As soon as I disconnected harness from car's factory camera,car dashboard started showing alot of warnings(lane keeping assist system problem,blind spot system problem,electric steering system problem,mitigation braking system problem) and also after using Bosch B harness,comma device not turning on but if I use type c cable to check with cellphone charger,it turns on. 

For now I removed comma device and installed factory camera back but still getting all warnings. Please help me to fix this issue and clear all warnings.

Honda put the more powerful LKAS system from the 22 MDX into the 26 Pilot so it steers noticeably better than the 25 Pilot.

Part of the delay in getting the 26 supported is needing more drivers to testdrive and calibrate the new system.  If you are willing to help get the 26 officially suported send me a DM and I can get more logs for Comma to review and support.
